Guests of all ages will find this to be the perfect retreat as there is tons of entertainment, as well as places to rest, all under one roof. Centrally located in the Storey Lake resort community, this home is perfectly situated to enjoy the mini amenities of the resort, including a lazy river, and slides. The conveniences of local shopping and restaurants are just under two miles from the front door of the home, allowing you to save time and enjoy more quality time with your family on your next vacation.

As soon as you enter this deluxe vacation property, you are immediately greeted with custom wood beams lining the ceiling throughout the downstairs living area, custom wood accent walls, and modern luxury lighting, which gives a warm and fuzzy feeling as you sit down your bags for the best vacation of your life. Not long after you unwind in the home, you will understand why guests often cut out a day or two in the parks to enjoy their private vacation home! 

The custom-designed kitchen features plenty of counter space to prepare your favorite family feast or spread for holiday dinner. Custom-painted white cabinets and stone backsplash behind the counter and under the bar elevate this kitchen to the feel of a luxury resort. The kitchen is well stocked with all cookware, bakeware, and small appliances, sure to make your vacation meal plans simple and make the family chef happy!

One of the highlights of this home is the toy-themed adventure bunk bedroom. This whimsical and imaginative room is designed to transport the little rangers to a world of fun and creativity, inspired by one of our favorite bedrooms! This oversized bedroom features four custom, full-size beds, as well as an air hockey table, pool table, oversized Connect Four game, and custom movie-inspired tic-tac-toe game. The 85-inch custom-framed smart TV with a sound bar is perfect for the little ones to keep up with all of their favorites while enjoying the vacation of their lives! The level of detail and design work in this room is truly out of this world and certain to create some Instagram moments.

The well-decorated downstairs back, the master bedroom features a king-size bed, a 55-inch smart TV, and a ceiling fan. An extra chair is perfect for getting off your feet at the end of the night. This room also features luxury plank flooring throughout giving it a clean and refreshing feel.

A walkout back to the private pool and spa is like taking another trip away to a tropical oasis. For those who enjoy the outdoors, this will become your happy place! With Florida private glass on both sides and native wetlands and forest to the rear, you truly get a private feel-well well-being in the middle of a world-class tropical resort. Enjoy relaxing out on the four lounge chairs and soaking up the Florida sun, or catch up on your favorite book and conversation in the covered outdoor living area. If the weather is perfect, you can enjoy a meal outside at the outdoor dining table that seats six guests two outdoor fans are sure to keep that Florida breeze moving.

The elegance of the home continues as you ascend to the second floor. Custom stone walls line the staircase and upstairs loft area. Guests will find the additional six living quarters, a second living area, and a private luxury cinema on the second level. At the top of the stairs, the princesses in the family will likely retreat to the king bedroom with elegant princess artwork and a king bed with a custom castle headboard. This bedroom features a 42-inch smart TV and a custom ceiling fan. This room shares a Jack and Jill bathroom with the upstairs blue king bedroom. This king bedroom features custom winter-inspired wallpaper, as well as a 50-inch smart TV and custom ceiling fan with light. The shared bathroom features, a double vanity, as well as a separate water, closet, and shower.

The upstairs back king bedroom features a king bed 50-inch wall-mounted, smart TV, and wall-controlled ceiling fan. This bedroom really has a nostalgic feeling when you are in it, providing the feeling of being transported back to a familiar Town Square office that put Central Florida on the map.  

Across the hall, the little ones will board to take a trip to the other side of town, as they find themselves in another custom bedroom on a very popular train platform. This mystic bedroom features, custom full bunk beds designed to mimic the journey across the Scottish countryside on the Express. No detail was spared as you are surrounded with custom stone and brick walls all the way around, as well as detailed woodwork and decor, which provides guests with one of the most immersive bedrooms in town. Twin beanbags provide additional seating for the little ones to watch their favorite shows or movies. This bedroom shares a bathroom with the upstairs orange king bedroom. This king bedroom is subtly decorated to give guests the feel of a nice comfortable lodge at the base of Mount Everest, and perfect for any guest big or small. • Check-out time is 10:00 am
• All properties are non-smoking and no pets are allowed
• An Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee will be required to cover any reported accidental damage to this property and its contents
• There is a one-time departure cleaning fee for all stays
• Final payment due 45 days prior to your arrival
• The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older
• Bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
• Vacation rentals may not be used for events or group gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy.
• A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property.
• This property does not include a BBQ, however, we do have them available for rental.
• Pool heat is available and is recommended from the 31st Oct. to the 31st Mar. If you would like the Spillover Spa to be heated you will need to add pool heat to your reservation
• We use a third party to verify identification and fraud risk, based on the findings we could cancel the reservation.
