As you step inside, you will be greeted by a spacious open floor plan perfect for the whole family to enjoy time together. You can prepare snacks or family dinners in the fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The living area features ample sofa seating, a 55-inch SMART TV, and a formal dining area with seating for 6. Head outside to the screened-in pool area for enjoying the Florida sunshine. The screened in patio features an outdoor table with seating for 6 and sun loungers for 2.
This 4 bedroom Championsgate townhome can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests. On the ground floor, you will find the first master bedroom with a king size bed and 49-inch SMART TV. There is also a full shared bathroom. Upstairs on the second floor you will find the rest of the bedrooms. The second master suite has a king size bed, 49-inch SMART TV, and ensuite bathroom. The third bedroom features two twin-size beds with a 49-inch SMART TV. The fourth bedroom is designed just for the kids! The galactic bedroom features a custom built twin over twin bunk bed with a 49-inch SMART TV and Xbox One. The third bedroom and kids bedroom share a full bathroom.

• Cancellation Policy - Cancellation Penalty is 20% from the initial date of booking up to 30 days prior to arrival. 50% if less than 30 days prior to the arrival date. 100% if less than 15 days prior to arrival date.
• Check-in: 4:00 PM / check out: 10:00 AM
• Early or late check-in/out: 1/2 nightly rate
• No smoking / No pets
• By state law occupancy of property must not be exceeded
• 13.5% sales and tourist tax (not included in nightly rate)
• One-time cleaning fee required upon all stays
• Daily housekeeping services are available upon request
• Bookings made within 45 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
