There is also additional seating at the breakfast bar. The spacious and open-planned living area has a 50" LED TV.

The master en-suite bedroom has a King bed, LED cable TV, a walk-in wardrobe, and an en-suite bathroom with dual sinks and a separate shower. The second bedroom has a Queen bed and a cable TV. The third bedroom also has a queen-sized bed and cable TV.

• An Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee will be required to cover any reported accidental damage to this property and its contents
• There is a one-time departure cleaning fee for all stays
• Final payment due 45 days prior to your arrival
• While staying in this property you and all of your party will be able to use the majority of Reunion's amenities such as 6 swimming pools, a children's activity program, bike hire, boutique spa, on-site restaurants, and bars.
• The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older
• Bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
• “Best value” properties are typically older, the furniture and contents of the property will, therefore, be subject to wear and tear from use. Older homes may also be more susceptible to mechanical issues. Should a mechanical issue occur, best efforts will still be made to repair or replace or in the shortest time.
• A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property.
• We use a third party to verify identification and fraud risk, based on the findings we could cancel the reservation.
