Please note: This property does not come with a pool fence. As a short-term rental, the pool alarm on the door of the main home and the duplex cannot be deactivated under any circumstance. We understand the inconvenience of this but they are in place for safety and to meet compliance with regulations.

The cooks of the family can prepare a home-cooked meal in the fully-equipped kitchen while catching up on a favorite TV show. When you are ready to enjoy a delicious meal, you will find plenty of seating to choose from. The breakfast island seats up to 6 guests and there are two formal dining tables a few steps apart, one with seating for 6, the other with seating for 10. The living room is a great place to gather to reminisce on the day's memories with friends and family.
Slide open the patio door to access the private pool and patio. Admire the beautiful golf course views as you enjoy a refreshing swim or soak up the Florida sunshine in one of the poolside loungers. Cook outside in the summer kitchen with BBQ grill and dine al fresco at one of the 2 patio tables, each seating 4.
Back inside, entertainment abounds! On the ground level near the living area, you will find an open den with a pool table and TV. Next to this space is a combined theater and game room, which is sure to be a family favorite! • Payment Terms - Outside of 45 days from arrival, the initial deposit is 20%, the remaining balance is due 45 days prior to arrival. Inside of 45 days of arrival full payment is required.• Cancellation Policy - Cancellation Penalty is 20% from the initial date of booking up to 30 days prior to arrival. 50% if less than 30 days prior to the arrival date. 100% if less than 15 days prior to arrival date.
• Check-in: 4:00 PM / check out: 10:00 AM
• Early or late check-in/out: 1/2 nightly rate
• No smoking / No pets
• By state law occupancy of property must not be exceeded
• 13.5% sales and tourist tax (not included in nightly rate)
• One-time cleaning fee required upon all stays
• Daily housekeeping services are available upon request
• Bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
